Welcome to Pedal and Pace, guided running and mountain biking in and around the South Downs.
Established in 2020 by Emily Lillywhite Iredale, Pedal and Pace aims to bring you the very best mountain biking and running routes in and around the South Downs.
Based near Petersfield, we have a wealth of experience in running and mountain biking. Our ambition is to guide you safely around the very best trails and spots that we are so lucky to ride and run in.

Weekly run sessions:
Tuesdays 9.15am from Petersfield Festival Hall car park. A coached session focussing on good technique, incorporating intervals, hills, and body weight strength work to compliment your running! This session is suitable for ALL abilities, no matter what speed or distance you are running, you’ll get a lot out of this session! Running and doing intervals is proven to be so much more beneficial and enjoyable while doing with the support and motivation of a group environment. Come and see for yourself!
Wednesdays 9am from South Harting park, we do a mixture of beautiful trails and quiet roads on our scenic and chatty paced social runs, and also coached sessions too like the Tuesday runs, and once per month we run from a different local place, usually involving tea and cake afterwards
All group runs are £5 per person.
